Vogu'a Toul May 1st : a nautical eco-responsible and gourmet rambling
2020 edition is canceled due to covid-19
Voguà Toul is a nautical eco-responsible gourmet rambling of 11 to 15 km long. It’s opned to everey paddle and oar propulsed boats (Canoe, Kayak, dragon-boat, stand-up-paddle, rowing with helmsman).
The ALTCK proposes to renew it every year, allowing to everybody to discover a wild part of Moselle river and the Toul’s surrounding.
Two gourmet rambles
This year, Vogu’à Toul will only be a “gourmet ramble” a choice of 2 routes:
- Discover route : 11 kms
- Confirmed route : 15 kms
We serve different meal’s part ( aperitif, starter, main course, cheese and dessert) at stopovers of the route)

Starts from Pierre-la-Treiche will be spread every 15 mns (by group of around 30 persons) from 11h00 – to permit meals serving organization.
Start order will be done by inscription order.
As the number of places is limited, don’t be slow to join.
Firsts registered will be the firsts to be served and will benefit of promotional price until april 5th.
Vogu’à Toul’s path.
This event is registered on FFCK’s calendar and will take place between Toul and Villey-le-Sec locks.
Vogu’à Toul starting point
Meeting place is at Pierre-la-Treiche pier at a few kilometers from Toul.
Reception & confirmation will be done from 09h00 at salle Poussot at Pierre-la-Treiche (multipurpose hall at 200m of the pier). Therewill be signposting in the village.
Cafe will be offered during reception.
Start will be done from Pierre-la-Toul toward Toul
- stop 1 : aperitif & starter at Chaudeney pontoon
- stop 2 : main course around Toul then U-turn
- stop 3 : cheese at Chaudeney pontoon
- Arrival at PierreTreiche : Dessert all together
remark : confirmed boaters have the possibility to lenghten their trip by going up to Villey-le-Sec lock (round trip 4 kms).

This is not a tournament but an occasion to spend a good time.
For logistics reasons, we thank you to register as soon as possible.
Total safety on Moselle river.
May first is a day off for commercial navigation, canal will be free, therefore we shall not be bothered by barges flow.
Festivity and frendliness will be the keywords of the day.
